These terms apply to your use of acelcortex.ai, try.acelcortex.ai and related pages (the "site"), operated by Acel Cortex Solutions Corp. ("Acel Cortex", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms.
1. Using the site
You may use the site to learn about Acel Cortex, try the demo and book a call. You agree not to misuse the site, including by trying to break its security, interfering with how it works, scraping it in bulk, or using it for anything unlawful.
2. Demo and sample content
The demo, animations and examples on the site use sample data. Vendors, properties, people and amounts shown are illustrative. Results described on the site come from our own operations and are not a promise of results for your business.
3. Our services
The site describes Acel Cortex but is not an offer or contract. If your company becomes a customer, your use of Acel Cortex is governed by the Acel Cortex Services Agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
4. Calls and messages
When you book a call or contact us, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone or text about your call and your inquiry. For texts, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our privacy policy for how we handle your information.
5. Intellectual property
The site and its content, including text, design, graphics, animations and the Acel Cortex name and logo, belong to Acel Cortex or its licensors. You may view and share pages from the site, but you may not copy, modify or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
6. Third-party services
The site links to and uses third-party services, such as Calendly for booking and YouTube or Loom for video. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
7. No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties of any kind about the site, including that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error free. Nothing on the site is legal, tax or accounting advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Acel Cortex will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).
9. Indemnity
You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Ontario.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
